Lila and Cameron...

Sweet Mary Michael gave Lila a CD with lots of pics of her and Cameron through their two year friendship...this is a recent pic. Notice the touching feet. It's good to have a friend in the sandbox.

Lila started the day with her first car - a pink one. She spent a lot of the day enjoying her new ride - even filling the gas tank with some apple juice....Lila! Apparently, presents are more fun to open from behind the wheel. A little later the Pringles came over + the real party started. Cameron watched while Lila beat the toys out of a giant Dora pinata....(Brendan was worried that causing corporal damage to Lila's hero would trouble her but when Angela explained to Lila that this Dora would spill toys she gladly picked up the rod and went to town.) Finally, a yummy banana cake was enjoyed by all....

And so we begin a new year with Lila - with lots of adventures ahead. Next stop, big sisterhood. Knowing Lila, she'll take it all in stride and never look back.
